This no ricotta lasagna is just as tasty as the traditional lasagna even with skipping on the ricotta.

No ricotta lasagna. Spread the red sauce over the noodles followed by the white sauce Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses spreading all to the edges. Bring the water to a boil over high heat add the lasagna noodles and return to. Prep Time 40 mins Cook Time 45 mins.

The assembly will be just the same. To cook lasagna noodles fill a large pot with water and salt it generously. Spread noodles with egg mixture then add a layer of cheese.

In a small bowl whisk together eggs and milk. Spread a thin layer of saucemeat mixture on the bottom of dish. Top with another layer of noodles then red sauce.

I substituted ricotta for 2 small curd cottage cheese try to drain the liquid a bit before you add it to. The perfect family meal to make everyone happy. Cover and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
